Genereal Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints is held twice a year in Salt Lake City, Utah. During this conference, leaders of the Church address members as well as those who are not members.
Furthermore, The First Presidency invites all members of the Church to participate by attending, viewing, or listening via television, radio, satellite, or Internet transmission at www.lds.org. Messages of inspiration and guidance will be delivered by the First Presidency, members of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, and other General Authorities and general officers of the Church.
